The ElliptiGO combines the best of running, cycling and the elliptical trainer to give you a fun, effective way to exercise outdoors. This awesome machine is low impact, but definitely not low intensity. It requires a bit more balance and takes 30% more effort than riding a traditional bike.

So who can ride it?  Anyone who can ride a bike!  Although fitter people take to it faster, most people get the hang of it within 10 to 15 minutes.  Rent one for an hour to get a great cross-training workout, or rent an ElliptiGO along with a hybrid/comfort bike and take turns.

"Fantastic. I came down from Boston for the Florida 70.3 iron man. I rented from these guys and everything was perfect. Pickup was fast and easy. They tuned the bike, put on my pedals and set the seat and handlebars for me. "I went to Evolve for renting a road bike. These guys were great to rent from! They delivered the rental bike right to Disney's Polynesian Resort Hotel. I brought my pedals and equipment. They even invited me to local group rides, that I did ride on, really nice people down there! The bike was nice, a carbon Litespeed, in perfect shape with some decent tires, 'Gator skins' or similar.
