Online Shopping Policies

Buy Online, Pick Up in Store

Currently, our online catalog is only for buying online and picking up in our store. Most orders will be ready within one business day, but please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away, we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Prices and Information

We have created an online catalog on our website to help you "shop" when it's convenient for you, and make every effort to maintain current, accurate product information and pricing.  We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. Evolve Bicycles reserves the right to cancel online orders due to pricing errors that are reflected in our online catalog. Thank you!

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that sometimes you need to return what you bought, but please be aware of our return policies below.

  • Returns of in-stock merchandise are accepted within 15 days of purchase if in unused condition with the original packaging and receipt.  Returns on special orders / merchandise transferred from other locations are subject to 25-50% a restocking fee.
  • Returns of in-stock bikes are accepted within 3 days of purchase if the bike is in brand new condition with receipt.  Returns on special order bikes or bikes transferred from other locations are subject to a 25-50% restocking fee. 
  • No returns on sale items or labor charges.
  • Returns without a receipt will receive in-store credit only.
  • Refunds will be issued the same way the items were purchased (credit card, debit card or cash).

Information Security 

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
