      Evolve Bicycles is a small but busy, full-service bike shop in Celebration, Florida. We are always looking for happy, customer service-oriented, passionate-about-bikes people to be part of our fun, growing team. 

      Job responsibilities & qualifications for our current openings are listed below, but if you have a positive attitude, a passion for bicycles, and are open to learning & growing, we are willing to train the right person. Starting pay is competitive, but dependent upon job and prior work experience.

      CURRENT OPENINGS

      Shop Manager - Full Time 

      This is the position to take your bike shop experience to the next level! You will work directly with the shop owner to develop and execute the growth & direction of the shop. We are looking for an energetic and motivated cycling enthusiast that can balance sales goals, inventory management, staff/product training and deliver excellent customer service every time.  

      Responsibilities:

      • Daily Shop Operations - opening/closing procedures, ensuring interior/exterior of the shop are clean & organized for the best customer experience possible, maintaining the knowledgeable, friendly & down-to-earth atmosphere of the shop, maintaining a safe & fun workplace for employees
      • Customer Service - set & monitor sales/service procedures to maintain our superior customer service standard, conduct ongoing product training, keep up with new products/trends, maintain our excellent reviews/ratings on social media, work with owner & staff to meet sales goals
      • Inventory Management - purchasing & receiving to keep appropriate in-stock levels, managing special order process, monitoring inventory turns, managing markdown strategy to keep inventory moving, conducting inventory counts
      • Marketing - working with owner on marketing plans, helping to develop marketing content, merchandising for best product placement 
      • Staff - hiring, firing, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating staff 

      Qualifications:

      • Previous retail management and sales experience 
      • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Excellent leadership, decision-making and customer service skills 
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
      • Passion for cycling 
      • Must be able to work weekends 

       

      Sales / Customer Service Rep - Full and/or Part Time

      Responsibilities:

      • Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for bikes with customers
      • Build and maintain relationships with customers
      • Direct customers through entire sales process
      • Complete a variety of daily housekeeping and shop tasks under the direction of the shop manager

      Qualifications:

      • Enthusiasm for bicycles is a must
      • Strong people/customer service skills is a must 
      • Good work ethic = arrive to work on time, every time!
      • Previous retail sales experience is not required, but is definitely a plus 
      • Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese is not required, but is definitely a plus 

       

      Bicycle Mechanic - Part Time 

      Responsibilities:

      • Interact with customers and provide answers regarding maintenance and service
      • Write work orders and provide customers with accurate cost estimates and maintenance suggestions 
      • Perform repairs from minor repairs to hydraulic disc brake service, wheel building and complete overhauls 
      • Assemble new bikes 
      • Perform other tasks assigned by shop manager

      Qualifications:

      • 1+ year of mechanic experience working on bicycles
      • Ability to work on all bikes from basic cruisers to high-end carbon fiber
      • Keen attention to detail 
      • Good people/customer service skills is a must 
      • Respect for shared workspace - our shop is small!
      • Good work ethic = arrive to work on time, every time!
      • Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese is not required, but is definitely a plus
